One of the most common issues when launching eoStar on the desktop is receiving the following dialog box:
When the text in the red box is anything but "ras7hub\ao-yourlogin", your password for eoStar won't work and you will need to login by clicking More choices.
Then choose Use a different account. For your new login, enter ras7hub\ao-yourlogin, where yourlogin is your current @origlio.com login without the @origlio.com (eg. jdoe@origlio.com would enter ras7hub\ao-jdoe). Enter your normal password for the password.
