Zoom - Scheduling and using a Zoom Room

Schedule the Zoom Room Meeting

1. In order to schedule a Zoom Room, just schedule a Zoom Meeting as normal
2. Then, under location select the room in which you want to host the Zoom meeting
3. Send out the invite.  You will receive an email confirming that the room accepted the invite.
