At the start of your workday:
- Log in to Zendesk, then use the Amazon Connect widget in the top right corner of the support page to log in.
- Enter Username and Password for Connect. *Same as computer login*
- Amazon Connect tool. Click refresh at the bottom if needed.
- Choose Online(Available) to start taking calls.
At the end of your workday:
- Go Offline in the Amazon Connect tool.
- Click on the Amazon Connect Button at the top of the Zendesk Support page.
- Click on the “Change Status” drop down menu in the box.
- At the bottom of the menu, click “Log out [your name]”
