In our current eoStar environment, our users are using a remote desktop to access eoStar in the cloud, so when saving files, eoStar will default to saving them to that local storage instead of the storage on the user's actual computer. This can be seen here with the file path 'This PC>Local Disk(C:)>ras7hub login name>Documents:
To save a file to your computer, navigate to 'This PC>C on "your PC name">Users>your username>file destination (Documents, Desktop, etc.):
Depending on your network connection and folder sizes, the file paths can take some time to load, but all folder content will show up eventually.
If saving to a shared drive, the same steps can be taken, but instead, navigate to 'This PC>S on "your PC name">file destination'.
