One of the most common issues when launching eoStar on the desktop is receiving the following dialog box:
When the text in the red box is anything but "ras7hub\md-yourlogin", your password for eoStar won't work and you will need to login by clicking More choices.
Then choose Use a different account. For your new login, enter ras7hub\md-yourname, where yourname is your first initial and your last name john doe would enter ras7hub\md-jdoe). Enter your eostar password for the password. If you don't know the password contact helpdesk.
