QUALITY CONTROL
- STEP 1
- Sign into your IPAD and tap onto the Quality Control button.
- STEP 2
- You will need to uncheck the days not being worked on by tapping them and only have the day thatyour working on checked.
- It should look like this when done and only the work for the following day should be showing.
- STEP 3
- Find the load that you going to QC and tap on it.
- STEP 4
- Scan the pallet your going to QC – All full pallets will have an F to the left of each pallet and kegs will have K everything else will be a mixed pallet or partial.
- STEP 5
- Tap the button that says Inventory.
- STEP 6
- Tap the product in the box to confirm the total amount on the pallet
- Now you should see total cases in the box you tapped and the one below.
- Tap on the save button to finalize this pallet in the top right corner. – Once saved it cannot be unsaved so please make sure you have the correct pallet.
- In this screen you will be able to see your progress of completed QC pallets in green.
Note: The following must happen in this order so it will not create negative inventory in QC
- QC pallets needed.
- Confirm all pallets on load are picked before generating transfer.
- Generate Transfer.
