Purpose:
Process to be completed via the iPad. Count session loaded into eoStar & count conducted.
- Job Assignment – Inventory Control Specialist, Receiving Checker or Receiving Manager. At times Warehousemen selected.
Process:
Step 1
- Home Screen
- Select Counts
Step 2
- (1) Select Warehouse location. No Green check mark indicates locations within that area need to be counted.
- Green Check Mark indicates no locations contained in that part of the warehouse need to be counted
- (2) Select aisle after selecting warehouse location
Step 3
- Select location. Product should populate in the iPad.
- If no product appears. Tap Add Product & search box will appear. Either Scan barcode on the package or enter in product number or name in search box. Upper right-hand side of the iPad.
- P underneath the product equals Pallets
- Case underneath the product equals Case total
- Example 3 Pallets & 17 Cases
- After totals entered. Scan next location.
- If you Select Next. (You might be jumped around) Right Hand side above the numbers. Previous on Left Hand side above the numbers.
- Current location in White Box
Notes:
- Occasionally you might see 2 pallet sizes. Make sure you select correct one. You will be provided a sheet identifying by package.
- (1) Occasionally there will be two products in the same location. Your screen will look like this. Enter the correct numbers as you view it on your iPad.
- (2) Occasionally you will have the option of Pallets, Cases & Layers. You will be provided the layer information on the cheat sheet. Unless comfortable, I would stick with Pallets & Cases for your selection.
